Holiday clubs complaints

At Spanish Singing, we are committed to providing a high-quality service. However, if you have any concerns or complaints, we want to hear from you so we can resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

 

1. How to make a complaint

  • If you have a complaint about any aspect of our services, please contact us directly via email at cristina@spanishsinging.com or through our website’s contact form (https://www.spanishsinging.com/contact).

  • Please provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the complaint and any relevant dates or individuals involved.

 

2. Our response

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed of the progress and the reason for the delay.

 

3. Resolution

  • We will strive to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Where appropriate, we may offer an explanation, an apology, or take corrective action to address the issue.

 

4. Review of complaints

  • All complaints are taken seriously and reviewed to ensure we continue to improve our services.

 

5. Policy review

  • This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure that it reflects best practices and complies with any legal requirements.
