Holiday clubs late collection
At Spanish Singing, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in collecting children from our holiday clubs. However, it is important that children are collected promptly at the end of each session. Our holiday clubs run from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
1. Collection time

Children must be collected by 4:30 pm at the latest.
2. Late collection procedure

If you are going to be late, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing cristina@spanishsinging.com or calling/WhatsApping 07912185578.

If a child is not collected by 4:30 pm and no prior communication has been made, we will attempt to contact the parent/guardian using the emergency contact details provided.
3. Late collection fees

A late collection fee of £5 per 15 minutes will be charged if you arrive after 4:30 pm. This fee is to cover staff time, and any potential room hire costs required to supervise the child. An invoice will be shared with the relevant charges and deadline for payment. Non-payment of the invoice will result in automatic termination of your child’s place in the holiday club.
4. Repeated late collections

Repeated late collections may result in the termination of your child's place in the holiday club, as it impacts our ability to provide safe and timely supervision.
5. Emergency contacts

Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact details to ensure we can reach someone if they are delayed.
